He has extensive working experiences including, 10 years with Pannell Kerr Forster and 5 years as Financial Controller Of Swissco (Sandoz Pharmaceuticals Nigeria). He was Vice President Abuja Chamber of Commerce between 1999 and 2003.

Bernadine is a seasoned Chartered Accountant, exceptionally gifted and upwardly mobile. She is a logistics and supply chain management expert and a Chartered Arbitrator with a modern and aggressive outlook and a flair for excellence.

With nearly two decades of diverse experience in finance and accounting roles spanning multiple industries, Amaka is a seasoned professional known for her expertise and leadership in financial management. She is a distinguished Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCA), an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (ACTI), an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and an Associate Chartered Professional Manager with the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM).
