Mr Innocent is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the chartered taxation Institute of Nigeria. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Bayero University Kano. He is a trained system auditor of the International standard organization. He has extensive working experiences including, 10 years with Pannell Kerr Forster, an international firm of chartered accountants, reaching the position of senior audit manager; 5 years as Financial Controller Of Swissco (Sandoz Pharmaceuticals Nigeria), a foremost international pharmaceutical company and lecturer, Bayero University Kano. Mr Eloka was Vice President Abuja Chamber of Commerce between 1999 and 2003. He is a leading financial and Maritime consultant.

Bernadine is a seasoned Chartered Accountant, exceptionally gifted and upwardly mobile. She is a logistics and supply chain management expert and a Chartered Arbitrator with a modern and aggressive outlook and a flair for excellence. She is a graduate of the University of Lagos, Bayero University, Kano as well as Obafemi Awolowo University Ile Ife in pursuit of different courses of study.

Mr. Okocha has more than 25 years experience in the Maritime Industry. He holds a Master's degree in Transport Planning majoring in Maritime Transport and a post graduate Diploma in the same discipline. He serves as a fellow at the Nigeria Institute of Shipping. An Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in Nigeria. He is also a Registered Freight Forwarder. Prior to joining Clarion Shipping, he worked at Nigeria Customs Service and Multi-freight Nigeria Ltd. Mr Okocha ia a member of the WHO'S WHO Historical Society having been listed in 2013 edition of International WHO'S WHO of professionals.

With nearly two decades of diverse experience in finance and accounting roles spanning multiple industries, Amaka is a seasoned professional known for her expertise and leadership in financial management. She earned her BSc in Accounting from Abia State University, Uturu, and completed her MBA in Management at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Prior to joining Clarion Shipping West Africa Limited, Amaka held various managerial positions, including Head of Accounts, Finance and Accounts Manager, and Chief Accountant, across sectors such as hospitality, oil and gas, and manufacturing. She is a distinguished Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCA), an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (ACTI), an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and an Associate Chartered Professional Manager with the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM). Amaka's exceptional academic background, coupled with her array of professional certifications and extensive practical experience, positions her as a valuable asset capable of driving financial excellence and contributing significantly to organizational success. He holds a Diploma in Technical Contruction, 2nd Officer - Marine Engineer on Board Vessel and Container/ Oil Vessels / General Cargo. Mohammed is an expert in General Terminal Operation, Vessel and Yard Operations. He's also specialized in Lashing and Heavy Duty equipment. Before joining Clarion Shipping WA LTD, he served as Terminal manager for Ports and Cargo Handling Services Limited. Following, he worked as Shift Manager at APM Terminals Limited, Apapa Lagos, Shift Manager (Resource) SOGESTER in Angola and Shift Manager(Resource) MPS, Meridain Port Services Ltd, Ghana. He also served in Egypt with SCCT as Lashing / Vessel and Yard Supervisor. He has numerous certifications and awards to his name, notable as a Professional Experience ACADEMY’S AWARDEE receivinig RECOGNITION in 2012/2013 as The Terminal Manager of the Year.
