Our Management Team

Mr Innocent is a leading financial and Maritime consultant. He is also a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Taxation Institute of Nigeria. He has extensive working experiences including, 10 years with Pannell Kerr Forster and 5 years as Financial Controller Of Swissco (Sandoz Pharmaceuticals Nigeria). He was Vice President Abuja Chamber of Commerce between 1999 and 2003.

Bernadine is a seasoned Chartered Accountant, exceptionally gifted and upwardly mobile. She is a logistics and supply chain management expert and a Chartered Arbitrator with a modern and aggressive outlook and a flair for excellence.

With nearly two decades of diverse experience in finance and accounting roles spanning multiple industries, Amaka is a seasoned professional known for her expertise and leadership in financial management. She is a distinguished Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCA), an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (ACTI), an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and an Associate Chartered Professional Manager with the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM).

Adaeze Eloka is the Managing Director of Clarion Shipping West Africa Ltd, where she leads the company’s strategic direction and oversees its growing presence in the regional maritime sector. With a solid foundation in engineering, operations, and project management, Ada brings a unique blend of technical expertise and visionary leadership to the logistics and shipping industry. Prior to joining Clarion Shipping, Ada held leadership roles at Pan-Atlantic University, including Project Manager and Facility Manager. During her tenure, she drove operational improvements, implemented automation systems, and led sustainability initiatives that significantly cut costs and enhanced efficiency. Her international experience includes leading technical operations for a building facility in Rome, where she oversaw infrastructure optimisation and significantly improved service delivery. She is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and a certified Facility Management Professional (FMP), with academic qualifications in Petroleum & Gas Engineering and Theology. At Clarion, Ada is committed to building a modern, customer-focused shipping company that champions reliability, innovation, and regional connectivity—making West African trade more seamless and efficient.

Mustafa Abdelhfiz serves as the Business Development Director at Clarion Shipping West Atrica Ltd, spearheading strategic initiatives to drive growth and expand market presence. Additionally, he holds the position of Managing Director of Luminous Mysteries Nigeria Ltd, the sole vessel operator and administrator responsible for all Clarion Shipping vessels, including the MV Ocean Dragon. Under his leadership, operational efficiency and excellence are maintained across all maritime activities, ensuring the company's continued success.
